How Our CNC Machine Service Process Works

1. Request Service

Call Hillary Machinery or submit a service request with the machine manufacturer, model, serial number, CNC control, alarm information and a description of the problem.

2. Telephone Troubleshooting

Our service team first attempts telephone technical support when appropriate. If the issue can be resolved remotely, you may avoid an unnecessary field-service visit.

3. Technician Assignment

If on-site service is required, a service ticket is created and an appropriate technician is assigned based on the equipment, problem and customer location.

4. Confirmation & ETA

Customers receive confirmation of the service request and communication regarding technician assignment and estimated arrival time.

5. On-Site Diagnosis & Repair

The technician performs on-site CNC troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair and communicates findings and repair requirements with the customer.

6. Customer Review & Service Report

Upon completion, the work is reviewed with the customer and a service report documents the work performed.

7. Machine Service History

Service information is retained in the machine's service history to support future troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
