WE SERVICE A-LOT OF SMART  MACHINE TOOLS ONCE THEY ARE OUT OF WARRANTY, AND IT'S INCREASING. WE KNOW YOURS IS GOING TO NEED MORE SERVICE & REPAIR RESOURCES THAN WHAT IS CURENTLY AVAILABLE.  WHEN YOU NEED HELP, WE ARE HERE TO GET YOU RUNNING & KEEP YOU RUNNING


CNC MACHINE TOOL TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR

  • Supporting All Major Brands Including Smart with Fanuc, Fadal, Milltronics & Haas Controls
  • Fanuc Robotics Programming, Re-Programming, Re-Purposing


STANDARD RATES

During Normal Business Hours (Mon~Fri 8:00 am ~ 5:00 pm) $115/hr (travel) / $165/hr (on-site) + hotel & meals (only if overnight travel is necessary); no mileage charge

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Call for service placed to Hillary Machinery (800)683-1516 and taken by Service Manager.
  2. Tele-support is attempted. If unsuccessful, service ticket is entered into RazorSync.
  3. RazorSync sends initial automated email to customer confirming the request for service.
  4. Service Manager assigns or RazorSync automatically assigns closest field technician.
  5. RazorSync sends automated email to customer that request has been assigned.
  6. Service Technician responds “in route” via mobile app.
  7. RazorSync sends automated email to customer with an ETA.
  8. Upon arrival, technician responds “arrived” via mobile app.
  9. RazorSync sends automated email to customer advising arrival of service technician.
  10. Upon completion, technician meets with customer who reviews and signs off on the work.
  11. RazorSync sends automated email to customer upon completion with an attached service report.
  12. All information is recorded in the machine’s service history for future needs.
