The EcoTender is a super fast, sturdy, reliable and easy-to-use fully autonomous robotic machine tending system. And, for about the same cost as a machine operator, it can pay for itself in less than a year, even when it's only utilized 1 shift per day. It can increase productivity by 36% or more by running faster and more consistently all shift long without tardiness, sudden job abandonment, turnover, breaks, errors, scrap, fatigue, or safety concerns, only stopping to unload/re-load workpieces and change inserts by a cell operator who is also performing other tasks such as saw-cutting, deburring, or operating other automated cells.

The EcoTender is ideally designed for most 6" to 10" chuck lathes but also works with small mills. It's loaded with premium features that make it easy to changeover, re-program or re-purpose to another job.

-Dual gripper with adjustable fingers efficiently works with both mill and lathe workpieces
-Can handle up to a single 15lb workpiece (or 2 x 7.5lb workpieces), including end effector
-Comes standard with one fixed, self-centering workpiece grid for quick and easy re-load;
-Full safety guarding with access doors and interlocks

Available options include an Auto Door, Flipping Station for OP20, Robot Interface for CNC, 3D Vision Guided Bin Picking Robot System for Larger Quantities of Loose Pre-Cut Parts, castings or forgings.

Although originally designed for machine tending, this system is also being utilized for marking, polishing, sanding, deburring and assembly operations.
